The world is far different then it used to be.

Or perhaps…it isn’t so different after all.

In a time where…I really shouldn’t say.

The world has gone, yet again, into a world war.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

People needed help. People who did not wish to fight. People who did not wish to die…

Thus, a brilliant man, Dr. John Angelus, came up with Asana...providing shelters throughout the world.

These shelters took in many people; the refugees, the survivors, and so forth.

Perhaps, his most famous establishment, and most well hidden one is, and will always be, the Angelus Mansion, which used to be a cathedral. He and his family-and many other families- lived there.

Hidden in deep woods, in a classified location, it is the most secluded shelter and was considered the most safe….

Until they found us.

Someone found us.

Something found us.

Now…we can’t get out.

Our sanctuary has become our prison, and all we can do is wait to die.

The underground tunnel that was built specially for the mansion collapsed. We lost connection with the helicopters. The helicopters—they never answered back. They never came back for us.
We’ll starve soon…if we’re not killed off first.

Vandalism is the least of our worries; we get that all the time from –them-. Although, the vandalism is usually in our own blood. The food supply is short; they keep taking it.

The leader comes here. He’s actually become calmer since visits in the past. He won’t usually kill anyone unless they attack first…and for those who do, I feel very bad for them…

I do not understand the reason for their nature. Why are they killing innocent people, in a war ridden world such as ours? We do not need more death, especially in a shelter seeking to escape from it.

But our nightmare is now true.

Death has found us.

And we—we will fight back.
