first things first, I DO NOT OWN NOR CLAIM TO OWN fatal frame 2, it belongs to the nice people at Tecmo. the butterfly design in the upper left hand corner is taken right from them. they have created a beautiful game and i use it's name with the utmost respect. i'm still making fun of it, but i'm using it with the utmost respect.(see i get real confused, if i just use the name do i put it in fanart still?)
anyway, the second important note is i smushed all this together at 3 am. i just noticed that the words look out of order. ... well i saved everything as a jpeg, and if i try and fix it i think i'll have an aneurism for real. maybe i'll do it later. anyway my point is (if it makes no sense) GIRL IN THE YELLOW ALWAYS SPEAKS FIRST!
i have 3 and half hours of sleep, and my brain feels like pain. .... oh crap... i'm doctor suess......
p.s. i swear this was funny at 3 am.

SPOILER ALERT! But wait there are 4 endings! 1 Quickest one is the main girl takes the escape route and lives alone forever. This is treated as a game over though. 2 the one you get for beating either of the default two difficultys. 3 Beat the one just under the hardest difficulty. The main girl goes blind in an attempt to save her sister. Which is sucessful might I add. 4 Beat hardest difficulty. The two ghosts fall in the pit and the main girl stops her sister from falling in with them. They leave and live happily ever after. Sadly only the first ending is the true ending. Not the game over one the one after that. Sorry if this was posted before by someone else I did not check and I can't stand when facts arn't completly straight. OCD what are ya gonna do right?

the sad part is that...thisas actually true....and its not just in the first one....its pretty much for all the fatal frame games.....yet we play them anyway

Have you watched the XBox version's ending? They both escape together and Mio wasn't blind^^ I won't spoiler it too much. Just watch it in youtube. (thank goodness...you know, whatever ending it is in PS2 version's always end up Mio's suffering...)

fatal frame 2 in a nutshell-
you bust your ass the entire game to save your limpy sister (WHO KEEPS WANDERING AWAY INTO DANGER) from ghosts that want to kill you. and there was ample ass busting, like i was jumping in front of her so she wouldn't get hit, and always waiting up for her because she can't even moderately fast walk. anyway so after about a lifetime of walking at a snails pace and getting your ass kicked you fight the big bad ghost only TO MURDER YOUR SISTER YOURSELF. you strangle her and they dump her body in a pit to appease, uh, evil...something.... pit monster...
thus, after 17 hours of game play, i died inside. 
if you get the good ending you don't kill her, and while trying to pull her out of the evil pit you go blind because you look in. then they cut to the creepiest scene ever where gimpy is helping you get up from a bench because you are blind and now MORE gimpy than her and she's all "now we can be together FOREVER." and that voice haunts me in my nightmares.
and if you get the bad ending by escaping yourself, she dies anyway, but you're fine.
(god i'm obsessed.)
