How to install the East Asia Language Pack:
- Go to your control panel, your computers Language Options, then 'Add Languages'. Finally, 'Install files for East Asian languages'

Answer to the soundless problem: you need something called "ffdshow" (you need it to play .avi files)

Delete the program entirely and try to re-install it. That worked for me once.

once you open the FLELE program just drag and release the music files onto your FLELE

My retarded sister is trying to download a Rin version of this FLELE, but where do I go to download the shell? We have literally been working with this for three hours.

I do not know where to get the Rin version anymore, however there are other Rin FLELE shells up for download that I know of [link] <- has some Vocaloid FLELEs

I dragged Rin's file to Miku on my screen to try and change it, then put it in her folder, THEN trid to change the shell and her speech bubble or whatnot never popped up.

Hmmm.... did you try right clicking Miku and selecting "Shell"? Sometimes the speech bubble won't show up

It never showed up. I opened the document instead of saving it, made my own folder on my desktop, put all the stuff in it and dropped it in Miku's folder.

SOLUTION ONE:
On your toolbar at the bottom of your screen, open up the Volume Mixer. On Vista, you have to scroll along if there are more than four programs open with sound. Scroll along until you can find your FLELE - I have discovered that sometimes it sets it on mute by default, or while playing around with the settings you accidenatlly mute it. Unmute it.
-How to open the volume mixer:
1# Click on the volume button on your toolbar
2# When the volume control pops up, click on the link that says 'Mixer' underneath the mute button
3# A little window should pop up, that shows the volume control for all the programs you have open
4# Because the Miser Window only displays four programs at a time, if you have more than four open you should see a scrollbar at the bottom of that window - scroll along, and it should display the rest of the programs.
SOLUTION TWO:
#1 Click on your FLELE once
#2 Press 'Function' (The Fn key)
#3 Turn the volume up/Press the Volume Up button
