Anyways... here's my attempt to show how to use the FLELE program and how to install shells. Hope it helps

How to install the East Asia Language Pack:
- Go to your control panel, your computers Language Options, then 'Add Languages'. Finally, 'Install files for East Asian languages'

Answer to the soundless problem: you need something called "ffdshow" (you need it to play .avi files)

did you try a variety of songs on Miku? Because some songs don't work on FLELE
also, can you tell me what computer you're using the FLELE on? To my knowledge it only runs on Windows

but I did everything you said on the tutorial..
but Miku didn't pop up nither the bell icon.. 
I got one but it keeps on disapearing!
like I got Hetalia -spain I pressed quit and then when I was opening a nother one...
nothing came up..
I wonder why, I always looked up tutorials but they did help but nothing popped up.. O:

Oh yes! I downloaded Miku and it said this file might've been damaged or failed downloading..
I kept trying and trying but nothing came up and it also said the samething..
But tutorials relly helped me! Thanks to the people who made them.
I could try next week or tommrow. It was quite weird..
But it's just a Flele, I could handle without one..

from what I know FLELE should be able to work on Windows 7... and did you use the exact link I gave you? Because that one works for my windows 7.... and where did you get the Spain FLELE?

Nah it's no problem, yes I did do everything you said even the link, and today I searched up if it works on Windows 7.
Also.. it said ''Also, Fleles (Your palls - budy's) it works on windows 7, and it said it didn't work on JUST Windows.
But today I tried again but It worked I forgot to restart the compeuter becasue it got blocked with some problems and because I didn't extrack to my Dextop Flele place - which are downloads.

Oh, I got the from the website 4shared it really helps you download fleles! I've been looking for Miku but when I downloaded the one that said Miku Hatsune Flele it came out as spain and (don't write Spain flele just write flele any of those Miku fleles could be spain.
(OMG SPAIN FROM HETALIA? I've been looking for the char, it was so hard to find him (From sushitatsu - Not really it's not hard search up diffrent websites to find the flele of him!)

Hello there! \(^U^)/ I know this may be a little stupid to ask but, I downloaded my Flele, unzipped the files, and got her on my screen. But whenever I drag music onto her, she dosen't play it ;3;
Could you please tell me what im doing wrong? Please reply ^_^ <3

and I'll need a bit more information before I can try to figure out what the problem is. Are you on a PC or a Mac? If you are using Windows, which version and do you have the Japanese Language Pack installed?

I have a PC, a windows XP processional, and I have the language pack installed. I really hope my flele works so I can get some Hetalia shells for it~ ^_^

This will sound idiotic but, how do I get it to play music?

you'll see a + mark and then release the file and that's it :3

Do you really want to open it? And then I klick: "accept" And then there's a bar with only the bell and okay. So I click okay and then it says it can't be opened.

I need help!
I've intalled it just like you told to do it, but I can't make her sing. I drag the songs(mp3) and the bubble doesn't even show up. Also, I can't interact with her. She doesn't react when I pet her head, nothing appears when I click her right arm. The only thing I can do is move around. And when I start the program she doesn't appear automatically.
I'm using Windows XP and I think I have the east asian pack thing, since I can see japanese simbols. Oh, and I tried to unintall and reinstall it, but it didn't work. I saw someone saying flele doesn't work right in XP, is it true?

sorry for the late reply. As of right now I'm not sure if the FLELE program is capable of being used on Windows XP, but I'll try to get a hold of an XP computer to test this out. If I can figure out the solution I'll get back to you asap ^^
