one more thing, the roses look like glass roses, which is a nice touch by the way. It reminds me of the pokemon movie with Entei in it because of the details of the flowers. =3

OH wow...blue roses, they're my favorite. So exotic and such a pretty color. I always thought they were better than black roses. ^-^ The anime girl is a nice touch. The scenery reminds me of the anime show

I agree with SethMaxwell, the picture was done really well though the wings seem like their not effected by the wind and judging by the directions of the flowers/tree the wind is pushing to the right. The girls clothing and hair is going to the left. It would seem plausible if she was getting hit from different directions if it weren't for the flow of the flowers going across the picture and more static in her hair&clothing. In all the picture is very very well done, the colors are vibrant even for a night setting and the details are exquisite.

Holy crap girl you've done it again! Anther amazing work of art! I have no idea how you could bring yourself to draw all of those detailled flowers o.o Just thinking about drawing them is making me go crosseyed! I really like the proportions of the girl's face for some reason

OMG... the atmosphere is so breathtaking...! The nearly monochromatic blue theme makes me feel so calm when I look at this picture. The white gel pen works really well with this picture - I love the moonlight's reflection on the water, and the fact that the roses look like they're bathed in moonlight. Plus, I love that lonely, lost look Cindy has on her face. Plus, the blue adds a little melancholy and the fact that she glows adds to her beauty. This is probably one of my personal faves from you! Wonderful!

How breath taking! I certainly love how you used the gel pen to bring light emphasis to the roses. They really do obtain the illusion that they're bathing in moonlight. And the choice of colors is excellent!
The only thing I find awkward are the wings. While everything else is smooth and flows well, the wings just seem too sharp, too angular and it gives them a bulky feel (I don't know how else to explain it).
I know wings are hard to place and maneuver in drawings (I have a hard time with them myself), but it just seems like you could have curved them a little more, not make them into such a triangle sort of shape.
But other than that, this is amazing and I'm sure your customer will be very satisfied!

Poor gel pen! You really tortured it here, but with great results! I love the way you did the flowers and also the way everything has a white outline, because of being lit by the moon, which is great itself. The character is very pretty too, and I think you achieveed something really beautiful with this piece!
