I'm wondering if you've ever seen a film called Shadow. Takes place in the mountains, a hiker and the assholes harassing him are kidnapped by a skinny dude (named Mort, hurhur) who likes to torture them and get high off of licking toads. Not the best film, but it's ok. Dude playing Mort was the highlight.
