Dude, this is THE foodmidori. It's her official account and she does post art here regularly. Just because her painting made its way to imageboards long before she actually published it herself, doesn't mean she's not the actual artist. Sir.........if you found it somewhere else...........the logic is actually quite simple if you think about it.

Regardless of the logic, if you look through her gallery you can certainly tell she is the artist behind this.
She already linked pixiv and twitter for your reference, so I hope you can stop this. And she might not have wanted to upload this in hi-res, in order to avoid people reprinting her works or using it in other ways. Respect her wishes in uploading her own artworks, she chose to upload it when she did. It's as simple as that.
