Updated Designs for The main cast in my "FoA" project.there are more characters other than the main cast.. but these are the core villains and heroes.
Cool to see how evolved over the years.. hope to have more info for this posted up soon.Β
Based on the designs alone, which characters are your favorites? and which would you want to know more about if given the chance?

oh my god! I'm LOVING THEIR DESIGNS! I can't even begin to tell you what and which one I love the most! I like how they go from casual to very super stylish! I Β think I am already having a crush on both Ustrel and Roswell and even Ryllon! of course you know I love mah boy Kuro!I love how chill Zaharia looks like but I'm sure he's some nasty powerful mofo!

My favorite out of the line up is "Jester". He appears so deliciously sinister, that I can't help but wonder what he's like.
I can tell you worked extremely hard on each character and it definitely shows!

He is also one of my faves.. he and the main character have a lot of back and forth. Hes one im very intimidated to try and bring to life the way I see him in my head.

Can I ask why he's so intimidating? I'm truly just curious. If you're not willing to share, I completely understand. He's your "baby" after all.
He's just such a brilliant looking character.

And yes, yes I do. I guess I'm just curious on how you see him actually moving. If it's so inhuman, is it more reptilian? Snake like, or is it more spirit like in away, dark shadows, only seeing him until the last moment, secretive, but quick and fast paced.

I guess in my head it's unpredictable.. Twitchy, but sometimes eerily smooth. Kinda thing I might be able to act out a bit but hard to describe. Which is partially the problem. I can kinda see it okay in motion in my mind.. But with comics you have to capture things in a single frame. Very challenging.Β

I'm trying to imagine it and it's actually not that hard to do. If I'm seeing it the way you are of course, which I might be.
..but I can see your dilemma, with illustrating it in a comic. That's going to take some serious brain storming, for sure.
Have you thought about, or played with the idea of how you might go about it?

Ive messed with it a bit over the years.. usually when I draw him hes in odd poses, but because this was a design ref for myself hes much more upright than normal, heh!
Im definitely going to be playing more in the world in my spare time soon. just to get warmed up to the idea of sequential comics again. its been a while.
but should be fun. we'll see!

The updates look great, man! When is this coming out...? I've been following its development for years, as far back as 2008, if not earlier. You have the talent, the skills, the characters, and the story. When are you going to put "Fangs of Angels" on the world's stage...?

well.. The goal is to have the intro #0 issue done by the end of the year.
its not many pages but it gives me time to figure out the finer details.
When the new designs were created it was with the mindset that because
it had been so long since I created it, the things I like and enjoy storywise
and design wise have changed.
So the story got a reworking to fit my new concept for the universe in a way that
would allow me to keep most of the characters that ive already established for it..
though some of them were merged into others or drastically altered, im hoping
its for the best and because I never released the original story no one will be mad I changed it. hahah.Β
