Description
Naek paused once more in his long trek. He had been on the move for days and had bearly found a place to sleep the night beofre, as he searched for his way home. The damned eagle had chased him far from his normal dwelings when he was out exploring for more food during the long winter. It had been a while since he had last eaten and his energy was wavering.

The sound of a rushling branch made Naek pause again. His body tense on the rock he had just climbed. There was little shelter where he currently was and it put him on edge more so than he was in the woods. Annoyance crossed his muzzle when it turned out to be nothing but some snow falling from a tree behind him, but that didn't stop him from surveying his surroundings with hard eyes.

The most annoying part of this whole situation for him was the fact that he was now lost. He prided himself on always knowing his way and being able to best the larger predators when they came after him. He was cunning and fast, but this time the eagle had seemed to know his tricks, and he had bearly escaped. His annoyance only showed in his eyes though as he moved on his way. He had to stay soft footed to leak little to no tracks in the snow. He didn't want a fox to or other predator to find him in the weakened condition he was currently in.

It had been days since he had last ate. he needed to find food or he wasn't going to make it home, so his search would continue. He would find food and his way home or he was going to die. It was a grim thought for him but he was determined. He would survive.
