This is how I feel lately. Time has just kicking my butt like there's no Sundays!Actually, I spent a lot more time drawing this than adding the background and blood.

It is a home hitting subject and i came up with thought after thought due too this imagery. I guess in the end time kills us, we cannot control it. We need to make use of the time we have, even though time has been known too leave its pain in more ways and situation known to man as you only experience your own.
Great piece, my favorite out of all the ones in this series or type of artwork.

Wow. I didn't get just how powerful this was until I opened it and saw it in full view! This concept is SO TRUE. It's not so much time that can kill a person but the stress of time. Being on time, keeping up with the times, neglecting time out, putting off "me time," etc. I really like this even though it is disturbing in some way (the blood and impaling) but I feel that those ingredients are needed in this picture just to get the message across.
And because it's such an important reminder, it's getting featured in my journal.

I have to admit that ,horror, macabre art etc is kinda...not me!
But Adam...your works are always much more than just a 'horror'! They speak! They hold so much emotion!
This piece is incredible in its simplistic, yet intense nature.
So true...it seems that time can kill us...it can be cruel or kind...and too often its cruel.
