Description
Taken at Giando on the Water, in Brooklyn, NYC as the sun was setting over the skyline, silhouetting the Williamsburg Bridge. My senior prom sucked, so I ended up taking a lot of pictures instead of dancing or whatever.

Neat pic! I like how the bridge leafs right into the sun. Sorry to hear your prom was no fun.

Thanks! I actually didn't notice that, but now that you mention it...
Eh, it's ok. It was mostly that the music was so gosh darn loud.

That's interesting. Having a leading line is a pretty common design/composition element
But the fact that you included one indicates that we sometimes subconsciously know how to compose a good photo.

When I take photographs, I tend to think less about leading lines and more about what fits in the viewfinder and how I can make it look nicely composed.

Leading lines aren't necessarily required, just something that people often use..

Yeah. Perhaps in future photographs I'll try thinking about leading lines more.
