Description
Here is a testing manifold I made for a client out of 316 stainless steel (client's request). It has a half inch hole all the way through the 10" manifold. I used UHMW plastic for the riser blocks. The assembly was pressure tested to twice the intended working pressure for leaks or coupling failure before shipment.Related content

looks like a genuine pain in the ass
I kinda miss doing that...
all from scratch, or standard parts for the connections? that would make it a whole lot less of a pain...

It wasn't to bad even tho it was stainless, just the unnecessary rush order they decided to put on it was annoying.
What made you quit?
Everything but the coupling connectors and pipe fittings were made from scratch, You can't afford to tool up to make them, for the same price they are mass produced at. If I had no choice I could make them too, if it came down to it.

I was seriously considering gluing a piece of sheet lead under the thing so I could throw it dangerously far, but then I thought how it might knock someone out if it hit them, so I talked my self back out of that one. Besides, I would probably end up getting a nickname like Oddjob from 007 by my buddies, lol.

From my understanding, they are using it as a bench top testing station for hydraulic components. It is going to a place that deals with military hover crafts.
