Hmm it might just be me but on the right side(the characters left) of the face it seems hard to tell between the hair and the face but to tell the truth I dont think there is much of anything wronge with this picture. Infact I think its a very amazing peice of artwork. Very nice job on the swords by the way. He looks pretty badass.

the boots and cloak have a little bit of subtle texture in them. it looks really good with that though. ^^

It could be his muzzle? Or perhaps from the nose to the mouth makes him look more kittenish. Though yes, your lighting rocks my socks.
