Actually, the human character you have there is pretty good- and it seems as though drawing anthros can improve on humans, and vice verca. So the two are connected.
I always like your use of color.

i have to agree with ~itsthunderkid to draw an anthro version would be cheating and i see that you have improved with humans you can draw them shut up! Its nice to see that you can also draw humans as well it will help you with anthro works (though some people don't think there are any point to learning human anatomy)
