Perhaps they mean to say relative to the attention the main games get.
For those wanting to illustrate something with a story, PMD does give much more story than the main games in my opinion, so in that sense I'm not too surprised. The music is also better than most music in the main games imo. But I agree it's not totally underrated (thankfully).

I can certainly recommend it!
Some stores sell it secondhand in very good condition, you can save money that way while ensuring you get a good quality product.

Vooral explorers of time/darkness/sky. De andere games raakten me persoonlijk wat minder (al heb ik zeker van alle games genoten, want ik vind de dungeon themes, personages en werelden bijna allemaal leuk).
