The tornado in the explaination reminded me about the time-tonado of regylar show
And i the restaurant, load of dust or half eaten Burger could be seen, and the huma will recieve "the talk"

Ah, OK. Basically, he's saying that timelines are like trains on tracks, representing the steady course and progression of time in all possible dimensions. The anomaly is a force with the capacity to end all possible timelines, to "tear up the tracks"-- meaning the course of time-- and essentially end the world in all of them. This is what makes it a tornado in this analogy.
Certainly, I hope that clears things up. ^^
