Code Geass - Oh, Lordy[Episode - R2 04]
After a long wait. Here is the latest in my 4koma series. Got to say I was getting a tad annoyed with the number of people asking me if/when I was going to continue these. I have four more drawn. Just not colored. The sooner I get the money together to buy a stable art software. The faster I'll be able to make more of these.
As I stated in the textless version. This is the first full image I've created using Photoshop. I wanted to test this software out and cut my teeth on it on something other then a paid commission. Best to screw up on my own projects then on something someone is paying me for.
This feels a tad busy in the coloring, but it's just a test.
This one is based upon the episode just after Lelouch rescued his men from execution. Oddly enough, I had a hard time at first thinking up 4komas for this episode. In an odd twist. I've drawn two for this particular episode. This is the first one. The second one Kallen finally gets a little payback.
That background was an utter nightmare. It made me rather apprehensive to even make this scene, but the moment was just too good not to play with.
Villetta's expressions came out pretty good. I love her 'curse you' expression. Shaking her fist.

I'm currently using Photoshop CS4, but it's ridiculously expensive.
There are some good, inexpensive programs out there.

I love the way Villeta shakes her fist and says "Curse you Zero" it's so funny.It reminds me of those ridiculously cheesy villans from those 1950 shows.TThe only thing it needs is Zero running around like Adam West batman.
