She has written that the pic doesn't belong to her... She's not pretending to have taken the pic nor to be the model... You can read it in the artist's comment. It's in italian and perhaps you don't speak italian, but I'm a native speaker and I can understand what she has written...
I honestly don't know if this is a violation of ToS... An admin will decide if it has to be removed or not... That's not the point... I'm writing this to you just because I think that your behavior is really rude... You can say the same thing without being aggressive. A sentence in the "Stop doing this" style sounds like an order and you're not someone that can give orders here...
Being polite is not related to to what you have to say but HOW you're saying it...

Well I was not trying to be rude but there are so many people around here that break the TOS it just gets a little frustrating. You are right I do not speak Italian. So didn't notice what was written.

Bottom line to me is dA is a website for ART not for people to post pics they like. That is what other hosting sites are for or facebook or twitter. dA is for ART.......

Thank you for your answer! I fully understand what you mean and I repeat that I don't know if this is a violation or not... I'm not a lawyer and all the copyright thing is pretty unknown to me... You're probably right... I'm not saying you're wrong... It's just that I didn't like the way you said it, that's all... I'm a person who like to say what is in his mind...

Then, you listen to me. I do not like to be attacked in this way. First of all I never said that these photos I made myself, I also wrote in the caption. If you do not understand the Italian is not my fault. But to explain "questa foto non è opera mia" means "this photo is not my work", so before you judge a person thinks,observed and you make work your brain. Second, this is my account and I can publish all thing I like, and even those things which are not the result of my work, this is account is my and I manage it I decide,and so what to publish . Third if you do not like it, no one told you to watch it or comment on it.
