Aside from a small amount of grain, I didn't really notice any flaws. In fact I'd say it's beautiful! Great use of shadow!

maybe just a bit over-expose on the mask, but it's not critical (and can be easily fixed)

There is a tool in photoshop that called "Curves"
You can use it very easily to tune down all the 255 level tons
to something like 240 (it will make all super white to off-white, what will give some details back)

After looking at it a bit, I think the hand holding the mask leaves the strongest impression on me.
As if you were talking about the hand that hides the face, and not about the mask that hides it which i find interesting.
The shadow that hides the left side of the body is interesting and adds another dimension of mistery to the image.
