Is there symbolism related to the repeating face?
Reminds me of a riddle; "what's black & white & red all over?", which has quite a few answers.

There is very little that is actually symbolic to what i have written -which reflects the title.
This is simply that particular vase, the ornamental mind, a great find as its the pretty one
