By the way, that's the Okay sign in Europe XD The f--- you sign is a closed hand with only the middle finger raised... in Italy, at least.

I think this is f-- you only in Greece or some such, it means Okay or even Fantastic in Finland.

As to the sign, I don't know any place in Europe where this means "fuck you"; I believe you mistake it with the V sign, for victory, and when reversed (back of palm facing the person) means, indeed, "fuck you". But this sign here means OK in Europe as well.

Oh, and the V sign being a eff you symbol is only for England, or Great Britain; it doesn't mean anything anywhere else in Europe. It comes from a daunting that some army did to another army, whose archers had had their index and middlefinger cut off, which kept them from using their bows.
