New commission for my dear friend and her husbandCover for their fifth book of Relativity "Friends and Foes". I finally have a moment to breathe and comment. Such a busy day. But to see this cover-art helped bring a smile to my face.
You know that I spend so much time looking at the art and admiring everything. I will comment some here, and then comment more on the "close-up" page, as I don't want to write too much and make the page long.
After looking at this for a long time, I believe my favorite part is Phanthro. He is much a comical character, but he is very dark and very dangerous, and you bring out that part of him. There is a line in the story where Yule comments that he looks like the devil, and you have given him that quality. I also very much love Vincent! My two favorite villains on the same page! It is magnificent. Overcast looks so handsome. I think many people will swoon over his good looks.
One of my favorite characters is Yule. It made me so happy that you placed him at the head of the cover this time. It is amazing to see his fierce look, and to see his new alter-ego right below him. Jim said, "they have the same chin!" You always have such attention to detail!
The bottom picture is probably one of the most dramatic in the book, and you did a wonderful job of showing our two heroes overcome by the heat and near death. Such strong imagery. It makes me want to know more, and I wrote the story.

As I really don´t know the story behind Panthro, I didn´t know he is a comical character. Instead I thought he was a really bad guy, that´s why I decided to make him look fierce
