um... wouldn't the tilt at some point cut off the text. Most bloggers like to have long scrolling pages to show more content at once. Maybe the slant could be a little less dramatic. Over all this is very nice and I would love to see it live.

i can code it as an individual CSS based web but i have no idea how to make it accordingly to wordpress !

its a little more work 2 make it fit wordprss...u could get the code for 'kubrik', thts the default theme for wp, and tweak things frm there...u could also check out this page from the wordpress codex: [link] . it might help...also feel free 2 ask me if u need ne help..i will try my best. all d best

And ya you got a nice point, but we can slove that issue by fixed positioning trick, we can keep the navigation, header & footer as fixed components & only the primary content will scroll.
I think that can be done easily by CSS.
