So it begins! The choose your own adventure version of A New Friend: Choose Your Friends!
Your first choice is to decide whose life you will be following, deciding, and changing. So to help you decide I'm going to give you an idea of where each of their stories start. First off, this is before any of them meet, so in the end they may never meet the others at all~

Char Char:
Shortly after Mr. Freenlock died (roughly a year before A New Friend). Char Char is living on her own, distraught after the death of her father figure.

Twilight:
Shortly after the fire that killed her parents (roughly 10 years before A New Friend). Twilight is numb from the shock of loosing her parents and being sent to the orphanage. She meets a strange boy named Nicholas who calls himself Nightstar...

Radia:
Shortly before she runs away from home (roughly 2 years before A New Friend). Radia's not getting along with her parents and decides to run away.
