I mean marionette in FNAFWORLD. In fnafworld, Chica has huge eyelashes. EVERY female character has large eyelashes like Chica. However, the puppet does not.
Toy Bonnie, Toy Freddy, Balloon Boy also have cheeks.
Maybe the lipstick isn't exactly like a clown's, but the purple tears likely show their face is based off of a clown.
