Description Apophysis 7x15. As usual, I am not sure about the colour. The colouring on my monitor is slightly off, so that everything looks a little lighter that it should. Right now, the small end of the spiral looks too white and opaque, but I need to check this out on another computer to be sure, which I will be able to do Monday.

A lot of people were posting these a month ago, so I am very pleased to have finally figured out how to make one.

Update: I toned down the brightness, and it seems alright now on my computer, but I'll check it out Monday.

Gorgeous! I've always loved the inner view of the nautilus shell, it is so amazing!

Me too! It is wonderful how a natural object like a shell can be described so well by mathematics. Thanks for the fave
