Here is something I have been slowly working on for a while, and i finally am happy with her for now. I am behind in work so I dont have any time to add more to her.Betty Boop is not a character created by me, nor do I assume those rights. whew, sorry for the late reply. My fiance's family's house burnt down on wednesday. his 18 year old brother bot 3rd degree burns and the family is living out of a hotel for now. It is strange how quick things can change in a negative direction. I am trying to stay positive and try to keep up with m schoolwork, which i am already behind in

my fiance's 18 year old brother got some 3rd degree burns on his forearms, feet, and lower legs. Everyone else is fine. Not sure how he will heal yet, but he is being optimistic about it at least. We are all trying to stay positive, and you have no idea how much i appreciate the support!

She has always been a sex symbol, though. i did not make her that way. I have professionally studied this in my classes and it has always been controversial. The creators wanted her to be sexy, but the Hayes Act forced them to make her less so. Her boobs werent allowed to bounce, she had to have a longer skirt and less garter, etc.

oh, i care! I love betty so much, i think she is great. It is such a wierd subject, and so controversial. i dont want you to not like me because of this. Betty is a young girl, that is how fleischer created her, but since his studio often had many nights of....and i do quote this"sex, booze, and gamlbing" their nightlife often seeped into her personality. So i think she is more of a "yeah i am sexy and HELLA CUTE, but you can't touch!" that is how i always envisioned her.
And she isnt as slutty as Red Hot Riding Hood by Tex Avery or Jessica Rabbit!
