This was the first project i did for the new school year, and amazingly, i finished it the morning of the day that the hurricane hit, almost like a premenition O__O. this is possibly my most favorite thing that i've ever done for a school project; our only guidelines were to have the skeleton and use white on black paper. he's my pimpin-pirate-mardi gras skeleton, and is also the hide-and-seek champion from 1978, i believe ^___^. i dedicate him to the hurricane victims. <3made with gold paint and white charcoal on black paper.

holy cow, that's freakin' amazing!! i always love seeing artists work from white to black because its much harder that way. the level of detail in the values and the bone structure is breath-taking!

This is wonderful-- I get the whole madrigras theme, plus whenever I see skeletons ready to party I think Dia De Los Muertos, which is a good thing.

That.. is a black pimp hat with gold trim on a skieleton isn't it? IT IS. Is that a skeleton with a black pimp hat with gold trim?? IT LOOKS like a skeleton with a black pimp hat with Gold Trim.. only an awesome pimp artist would think of something so awesomely pimp.. but I must be mistaken.. that couldn't be an awesome skeleton dude with an awesome black and gold trim pimp hat there.. because that would be just to creative and cool and original. No one is THAT genius and original in this day and age.
