The face of my new coyote peltI wanted to know if it would be okay to rehydrate it or just not even attempt it
It would be to straighten up his nose and possibly the ears
No, I don't have any experience in re-hydrating a face, but this is gunna be part of my halloween costume, so I need to do it sometime before wednesday, maybe even today.
I also know though that it could well fall apart and will make the tan weaker the more I hydrate it.

I don't plan to later mount the face or anything, just wanna straighten it up a bit
should i or should i not??

if its a newer tan it should be fine but it depends on what type of tan it is too. it looks okay though. try soaking it with some salt when u rehydrate it helps prevent slipping, at least thats what i was told and I've never had any problems rehydrating hides. where'd you get it from?

yeah, but I don't think it'd be that hard to soak it in water then stretch it..o3o I just dun want it to fall apart
