juz trying out Unicorn Gundam, i like the Gundam Design.. the parts of the mecha becomes elongated when it becomes Destroy mode, and it looks more elegant..

To be honest.. i dont like the anime though, i think the Mecha designs are top grade and im no buyers over tat, wut good is good, but otherwise its the most over budget and over misuse of great mecha design and animation talent over this anime coz the story and characters are just totally lame.. its like watching an anime filled with fillers,filler characters,filler plots and made up coincidental predicaments all over again.. probably the worst out of all the Gundam series.. i think Michael Bay did a better job with Transformers the movie than Gundam Unicorn..

I read the spoiler of the story from the novel and its just darn right disappointing, and spending budget over such lame story line is really a tragedy.. take a look at this..

Later in the story there will be 2 over powered Gundams, both team up together and attack the villain with his damaged mobile suit.. how is that fair? whats the deal with the villain anyway? i dont see anything the main character has against him except that Frontal is way more cooler than Banagher who is being a lame ass compare to him and thats the saddest part of the whole thing... the hero is a naive emotional kid with a nice guy syndrome that has most of the anime telling him things he knows nothing about.. for the most part he spends hims time day dreaming and basically surrounded with girls.. which is ultimately pointless because he takes a long time to catch up and people have to die in order to make him actually do something...

There is absolutely no story, this anime was just made for the sake of selling the Gundam Model, otherwise its just no story at all, they try to put so much effort in the pseudo philosophical sermons and how Frontal wants to study the Gundam Unicorn just for the sake of putting unnecessary battles when he could just send an assassin and stab the pilot before entering the gundam and putting lame stereotype douche bags to do what stupid villains would do... all when despite his efforts,will just be his undoing.. a totally dumb ass scheme..

plus the action is horrible.. i watch Destiny Vs Strike Freedom and that was more action to me than the whole Gundam UC OVA so far... there is no revolutionary fighting scenes, just lots of budget on animation, tats about it... this anime is just sad.. i hope they changed to plot or just quit production of this useless anime and make a new Gundam series..
