Well than my mission has been accomplished Since I was just 5 years old when the original Spyro came up, I don't really have that much of an connection to it. TLOS's Spyro on the other is something I've seen recently and I loved the new updated design (beside the bit goofy look on his face) so I went with that version.

Thanks yeah I remember looking at some fanart of spyro and one of them had scales on the tail that looked a little (and I mean a LITTLE) like platework. And from that point I wondered how it would look like for an adult spyro when those plates would keep on growing.
As for the face, that was one of the main things that I wanted to get right in this drawing, so that you love it really means a lot
