Description
A quick sketch of Peggy, who I'm bringing in as an old acquittance (andold girlfriend) of Phil.She's a jazz-vocalist, and travels around with her band (the rest of the dogs from the movie) and occasionally visits Philip in St. Canard whenever the band drops by.
I was very much unsure about her clothes, but I'm going to take my main-references from the movie "The commitments".
Peggy is from the disney movie, "Lady and the tramp"and is therefore property of Disney

I don't know, never thought much about it - I think the Siamese actually; I loved their design, their song and their bitchy personality - I even dressed up as themonce, with my friend.
