FULL VIEW OR ELSE.

This is my fursona. Her name is Akaraitis, Rait for short. =3

Anyways, was inspired by to give her fursona markings that actually mean something. So I decided, hey, neat idea.

My first try was a failure, but this one succeeded!

Fur Color: The burnt umber fur is the color that ~Nocturnax and I agreed was my color. This version may be a little browner. Eh. Still works. Anyways, this pretty much represents my fiery personality. =3

Wings: I've always loved Barn Owls. They are silent flyers as well, and I can be surprisingly quiet at times, just thinking. But I am not white and pure like the underside of a Barn Owl's wing, so I put on the dark primaries to represent my darker side. They also stand for freedom.

Chest + Stomach: Red-orange, the color I used for these markings, represents independence and individuality. The trident-like mark on the chest stands for my more gory side, and the odd stripes and such along the sides is meant to represent a cave; I am a caver, and I am born to crawl.

Dark red stripes: These represent my wild and untamed side. I'm not always very nice, ya know. x3

Red markings: The ear markings have no significant meaning, but the color is pretty much my spunky, fiery pyro self that often shows through.

Broken band: The broken band on the muzzle represents my secret-keeping side. I am a good secret-keeper unless I begin to worry; then I may tell someone. But I am always there for my friends, whether they like it...or not. xD

Eye and eye marking: The violet color of the eyes represents uniqueness. Not a lot of people have violet eyes. I like being unique and original. The silver of the eye marking represents my cooler, reasoning side. The marking partially represents my eyeglasses, and the curves sort of represent freedom, in a way.

Gold socks: I have a rich mind, if I do say so myself. This also ties in, again, to what a pyro I am.

Flame socks: The amber color, ONCE AGAIN, is a pyro thing, as are the flame-like markings themselves. I am also sometimes as untamed as fire; it is free to do what it will. That's how I wish I was.

Brown toes + red claws: The red claws represent my gory side. I like blood and stuff like that. The brown toes are another sign of my caver side; I'm not afraid to get my hands, or in this case paws, dirty. (NOTE: the paw pads are light blue)

Back legs: Same thing, only the ice-blue guards. They represent my shockingly cold side. I do have a cold fury to my raging inferno, you know, and the fact they are guard markings, as in guarding myself, also is a factor. The alpha and omega signs stand for two things: the alpha symbol stands for how I can be a good leader if I want to and occasional conceited moments, and the omega symbol for when I seem to lose my self-confidence. They are actuaally inlaid gems; the omega symbol is white moonstone and the alpha symbol is black opal. These two gems represent individuality and independence.

Tail: The fluffiness only has to do with the fact that my fursona is short, like me, and she uses her tail to intimidate foes by throwing it up over her head and poofing it out. The colors do make a difference. The top, dark blue, star-spangled part represents my love of the stars and space. It fascinates me. The black part represents my emo moments; when I feel sad, alone, and insignificant. The wave-like marking that separates them symbolizes my love of the sea. Untamed and free, the sea entrances me, and I also love to swim; Rait has webbed paws.

Question marks: They represent my mysterious side that many may not know about. The rainbow of the larger one represents my randomosity.

Other Notes: She has large ears as well, and is about the side of an Australian Shepherd, maybe smaller. By wolf standards, short. Don't be fooled by how she looks in the picture. She also flies silently, like an owl, has fire elemental powers and a few ice and water ones, and is a half-breed; half dwarf wolf, and her other half is a race of now nearly extinct demons. When she gets mad, she can access the demon blood. however, she is fully conscious and CAN control her movements. The demon blood is NOT an alter-ego. I'll get her demon ref up soon.

So, anyway. That's about it.

Oh, and she is just like me personality-wise. =3 I love her!
