He made that outfit himself...every piece of it...then destroyed parts of it.

Unique Features: Bailey's eyes are two different colors, and no one is quite sure why considering HOW differently colored they are. Bailey also lacks vampiric fangs of any kind and doesn't need blood for sustenance. Also...he has no fingernails.
