remake of my helicopter seed fakemonΒ frozenfeather.deviantart.com/aβ¦these pokemon don't really like to walk so they let even the slightest breeze sweep them up into the air. they twirl while they fly. when there is no wind these pokemon can twirl their head leaves fast so they can propel themselves where they want to go. they can learn multiple fairy type moves
they are grass/flying type
the first evolves into the second at level 15
the second evolves into the third with a leaf stone
