this pokemon spends all the time it can in sunlight, which gives it its power. with out the sun it is very weak. when the weather is cloudy and overcast its attack is half of when it is in sunlight. it also uses this stored energy to run extremely fast and again is slow in shade and overcast weather.
it is electric/light type
no evolution
