NEW ONEΒ frozenfeather.deviantart.com/aβ¦these are my kite pokemon! there aren't very many of them and i kinda hope pokemon releases a kite pokemon.
they are never on the ground, they are always floating through the air being pushed up by wind currents. the evolution is considerably strong for such a thin meek looking pokemon and often carry pokemon and people with their arms.
they are flying type
