Allow me to explain thisMaybe some of you have heard that a new Pkmn will take the place of our beloved original #000. Ok I know most of you had or knew the Missingno in the glitch shape. It happen that I caught the Kabutops fossil form, but looking at the new contender, I feel that a skeleton pokemon wouldn't have a chance against the new infamously cute Victini. This is my attempt to make Missingno more appealing so he can have a fighting chance for the 000 spot, which was stolen from him. Let's save Missingno!!

Before the succesful and more powerful clone of Mew, there was a "fail" attempt one that could levitate but was normal type, no psychic, but with a pure heart like Mew, scientist (you can say Nintendo here), locked this pokemon and denied it's existence, as a "good measure" they give this pokemon the number #000 so he should be out of any normal pokedex which start at 001. In their second try they were successful, but this new Pokemon: Mewtwo as we all know, turn against his creators and destroy the facility.
Apparently there was something leftthere but Mewtwo fail to notice, Missingno. After accidentally being freed by Mewtwo, Missing leaved his cage and took a scientist coat and fly away, free at last, and unknown by everyone.
Now Pokemon experts want to give Victini what they forced into Missingno, the #000. They are seeking out this rumored pokemon to wipe him out so the pokedex can have only one #000.
Let's save Missingno!!

Well looking like Skeleton Kabutops is actually only one of his forms. He also can look like the Skeleton Aridactyl and a backwards L mess of pixels (his more common form) and the unidentified ghost from Lavender Town.
And while he madebe 000 Unova dex he isn't in the National Dex. So MissingNo. can still be 000 there. ^.^
There's is a lot of ways to tell MissingNo. tale. I remember one kid when I was little said he was a psychically generated computer virus created by Mewtwo in order to help him escape his lab.

Victini is only 000 in the regional Pokedex. There. in the national Pokedex, he is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR Later.

Sadly no. Missingno most common form is the glitch form (google it), and what I did was to create a more likable Pkmn with one of the forms of Missingno (Kabutops fossil). Check Missingo's revenge if you haven't.

Oh yeah I knew that the original form is L shaped, that one just looks like a better version of mew so I hoped he was it.

Im not sure if you know it but Missingno was actually going to be a pre evolve of marowack that would later evolve into kangaskan.It was basicly going to be and look like the baby kangaskan in its pouch.However the creators scraped it and made cubone instead.But they couldnt delete the coding for the baby kangaskan so they just put it as number 000 and filled it with a sprite of either a ghost, a kabutops or arodactil fossil, or a weird pixilated L

Victini is 000 in the Isshu Dex. When you get the National Dex it becomes 494, which is the Dex Missingno. would be in if they were to acknowledge it. Missingno. wouldn't be in the Isshu dex since it's from Kanto, not Isshu.

True this isn't against Victini, it's about the scientist who denied his existence and Pokedexters (aka Game Freak and Nintendo) Who want to act like Missingno never existed.

Unfortunately Missingno, as popular as it is/was, is thought of as a bad line of code, so like your story, they refuse to acknowledge him. It's too bad.. always wanted a Missingno myself, but, well, brothers and video games.
