YumI have a sensitive stomach lol so I have these a lot :3 I make them myself in an average blender. Put in ice cream, about a third of the way up, cover that with milk, 4 ice cubes, 2 handfuls of a spinach/kelp/bok choy mix, and a fruit of choice for flavoring (I swear it completely kills the greens flavor) tonight is Peaches :3

I sometimes think I should do light meals because I too have a sensitive stomach, especially eating heavy foods or a lot in one day the next I eat... well not a lot...
That does seem like a lot of stuff/ingredients :q

It gets a serving of vegetables and fruit into you with each one you eat lol :3 My stomach is just like: NOPE, with just about everything so I work with what I can

ohh I see... yeah you are pretty lucky there X3 here we have nopales which is a type of cactus and its eaten a lot here... if I were to get my hands on your veggies it would be frozen.. if its fresh its only during certain times of year but they are pretty expensive... *sigh*

another family i used to live with have a vitamix, this blender is ridiculous. the blades spin so fast, it can cook soup and boil water... and also make great milkshakes!

I like it X3 it's like a milkshake and you can't even taste the greens!! Which is awesome, because they're really not that great lol
