Description This thing was quite literally one of the most amazing exhibits I was ever in while at the Ripley's Odditorium in Orlando. It was little more than a rigid walkway with a counterclockwise rotating drum around it, but it was the most forceful and undeniably influential optical illusion I've ever experienced. It was irresistible and not a little spooky.

All you do is walk inside and within three seconds your body will, regardless of your willpower or physical strength, lean in the direction of rotation. It absolutely will, if you're Mini-Me or Andre the Giant, pull you over to where you need to hang on to the railing.

You can know how it works all you want, you can tell yourself you're not moving, you can look at the ground until you get a kink in your neck and nothing at all except closing your eyes will help. The severe disorienting (NOT disorientating!!!) effect is the peak of convincing.

It's positively twisted and almost frightening, like it has control over you. It certainly made me feel like I had no choice over what I did, I HAD to lean to the one side.

This picture was taken at the Ripley's Odditorium in Orlando, Florida. It's the second one I've had the privilege of going to (the other being in Ocean City, MD) .

*really feels bad for you about missing out on the tunnel* It's like nothing else I've felt and something that everyone should, I believe, experience at least once. The fact that you live in Pakistan doesn't necessarily stop you, but it does make just getting dressed, leaving the house and jaunting down the road that much harder .

yeah you are pretty much right.
But you know about pakistan... everything is beautiful there... literally. I mean, its not as spoiled with technology and stuff like in other countries... everything is natural there.

And in the northern areas, there are breath taking sceneries.
