Well, it's supposed to be Sparkman. I do a much better job drawing him on paper. Anyway, he's another of my favorite Robot Masters. I really like his personality. It makes him questionable as a bad guy.Related content

I just use solid colors and the beizer tool. Then I use the fill tool. I guess that's all there is to it.
