Recently, I've found it to be very hard to carve time from my schedule to do artwork. I took the PSATs this weekend; it was easy but long. Also, I lost my geometry textbook, which suckedBut anyway, please critique this piece? I'm hoping to finish it next week (I started it last week). I'm especially looking for guidance in anatomy and lighting and perspective and composition because I need to work on those things lol

The skirt looks like you're looking from a bird's-eye-view angle, but the body is more of a lower angle. So the skirt should be a little less circular?
Your colous are so bright and happy, it's very nice.

I think this picture is really gorgeous, I love the idea of the dress twirling or how it looks. I can't really give advice as I'm horrible with drawing people, but good luck with your app! By the way, how old is Admonit suppose to be?^^

As usual, your colors are amazing; I already like the way the dress is looking. In terms of critique, most of the adjustments you might want to make have been mentioned already. You could try making the dress less circular and more oval to make the perspective agree with what you have going on with the girl. You're doing a really difficult pose, so I can only advise looking for reference pictures! I love doing hands so if you find a p-chat program we could have a brief exchange about them.
On themes/focus: is the girl looking at something exactly where the reddish dot is? What will it be? TwT

She was originally supposed to be sending out a dove. But then I didn't know how to draw the dove. So I guess she's just saluting the sky now. (The red dot is supposed to be a palette! xD)

i'll try to do this the best i can (: :
- dealing with a slight lowered eye perspective, the left hand should be overlapping the shoulder. the shoulder itself is drawn as if the viewers eye is facing the object, not looking down, like what you're trying to portray. same with the right hand/shoulder,the spacing between them should be exended and the hand should be lowered.
- the chest area is also drawn from a default view. in this case, you should only be able to see the upper chest, not the upper stomach area. pretending this character has big tits (lol) it would be like drawing them so you see the outline like the letter 'w'.
-the dress seems like its a full, symmetrical circle. from the back it should be assymetrical to the front, and maybe hide some parts (since naturally, a dress billowing in the area wouldn't be so even like that)
