Name Origin: Tiger-Ghost
Based off of a tiger and a bakeneko/nekomata (Since I can never remember which has split tails and which has two tails D: )

New Move Info:
Dark Mind: Ghost Type, Status, No Power, 95 Acc., 20PP, Normal Range. Lowers the target's stat randomly by 2.

Fireball: Fire Type, Special, 25 Power, 90 Acc., 10PP, Normal Range. Attacks 2-5 times in a row in one turn. 10% chance of burning the target. If target is frozen, melts the ice.

St. Elmo's Fire: Electric Type, Special, 95 Power, 95 Acc., 10PP, 2 Enemy Range. 30% chance of paralyzing or burning the target. Has less power in Double Battles

This is the first time I've done Base Stats so, if they seem a little off or, like, impossible... sorry T_T
