I just kinda imagine the Grox Leader to be old and wear a golden headpiece that is odd looking. Also, a grey or blue cape.

[even though also thought the one leading e entire grox empire would have a cape, I also thought he had extra cyborg equipment to keep him alive. I don't know, I'd just throw in pipes connecting hs brain and have his individual scary expression showing off more teeth or something. Just a suggestion.]
