Did you sculpt that or was it made by hand? Those shapes seem kinda hard to model manually. What do you think of showing how you make your stuff in a video or so?

I mostly do it by hard, using a rough low poly model as a base with some edges for spikes etc.
I can record some some of the process when I get a chance to get back to her (Will let you know when I have recorded something). The hair is the most annoying part as I need it to be flowing.
It's quite the messy mesh
