what is this point of view called? I'm trying to figure it out for 3d design? I know it's isometrical but is there more to it than that?

Well, there isn't exactly a "the" anime style, either... look for the better looking/animated/at least original anime series and you'll see there's a lot of variation, sometimes definitely looking like they put some real effort into it.
It's good for an artist to try and gain experience as many styles as possible

I ofcourse know that. But im talking about the general trends like the thin but long pointy noses, the spiky hair, the big eyes, small moths(when they aint screaming, then they get huge). The pupils of evil people being tiny whil good people having big pupils. The heads being much bigger than a normal human.
Most anime not targetted towards kids only have a few of these. But it doesnt change the fact that allof these things are very popular in anime/manga. And its become really popular to copy all these anatomical errors for some reason.

I think that only must think for dark outlines of the rabbit because all other elements as carrots are with different outlines
... and just question have cabbage somwhere ? first what I think when I see works is that spring can be as cabbage

Foreground colouring doesn't appear to have that old gamer look. The rabbit, the carrots and the plants don't seem like they were pixeled 20 years ago.
