Description
I saw one of 's drawings of a realy BIG (in all directions) lugia (ish) girl and she was in a tight swimsuit. I doubt that she could swim well but I didn't doubt that she was unsinkable.Then I thought of this.
I "may" color it later on

I can see her try and swim down in vain but right when she get's below the surface of the water, she pops up to the surface like some big white and blue squishy beachball.
And the tongue thing, what you said was right, it just so happens that transmitting emotions through text alone is hard.
