And here we are Folks!

It's been a while since I posted anything outside of my personal projects and the Halo and Star Wars redesigns take a little longer to finish... so I'll show you a piece I worked on recently

Some of you may know that I'm a huge fan of Aliens and it's shocking that even after some time I've never done a piece on this universe... I hope to do so soon.

In the meantime I had the opportunity to do something on the Marines from Aliens or rather on a "new" version of these.

Always trying to maintain their overall look I gave their equipment an update.

The helmet maintains the front reinforcement, but is instead inspired by the FAST Helmet, with lateral slides for tactical attachment and tactical headphones.

The chest armor is not a single piece but is made up of two armored plates, reshaped together with that of the shoulders and always underneath this we find a tactical vest to which they are anchored.

The armor is more customizable than what we saw in the film and offers the possibility of carrying extra equipment. Sergeant Ruiz in this case carries extra magazines, medical kit, additional rifleman gear and a tactical knife anchored to his shin armor.

And this is my first colonial Marine, I hope to have the chance to return to this universe soon.
