Description
This is me at the Wisconsin State Marching Competition in Whitewater in October of 2007. The movement was titled "Anger" (as you can see, I'm not the only one who looks pissed off to no end). The following movements were "Longing, Chaos, and Joy;" it was an emotion-based show which made it all the more fun. I can guarantee that we won best colorguard for a reason, and it's not because we scared the crap out of the judge in the opener.
I am extremely proud of the show we put on and I can't wait for next year!

nope. that's the only one. They're expensive b/c they're high quality photos. if you look closely my feet are beginning to lift off of the ground b/c I'm going into a twisty jump. to have cameras capture images that quickly is amazing (and expensive

I don't even know. We practiced the different emotions for months so it just became second nature. Anger was the easiest for me because I had my grand break-through the day I failed my license test. Once I learned how to channel my anger, it was easy. I miss guard with you!!! I still have that picture of us at state ninth grade year. I just need to frame it with my pics from this year.

i miss you too!!! we don't have a guard like we did our freshmen year. now, we bicker and try to kill each other. not fun one bit. but i love guard, so i stick with it. i hope to be captain next year. wow. senior year...

why can't any one see the beauty in this photo??? it's acting at it's core. it's rage being performed for hundreds of people in the stands at state. what is wrong with everyone??? am I really that weird? because if so, at least there are 19 other people just as strange....yay!
