History: An unstoppable force of nature and one of Atlantis' guardian monsters, Godzilla is one force to be wrecking with. The Atlanteans created Godzilla using Dinosaur genes to ward off giant creatures with the help from his fellow guardians Gamera, Yonggary and D-Rex. Godzilla is very well respected by his fellow monsters and even started a family with another member of his species, however there are other monsters that challenge Godzilla, only for the Dinosaur to come out victorious but there are other Titans that are much stronger than him which causes Godzilla to transform into his super form to defeat them, the first reported sighting was on Nov 3, 1954 in Japan where he destroyed everything in his path and later returned to the sea unscathed.

Abilities:
Atomic Breath: When fighting another monster, Godzilla fire his atomic breath, a blue ray of energy that often kills or critically injure an opponent, but the strongest of kaiju are often unharmed from the ray. A blue glow runs up his dorsal plates and reaches his eyes before he finally unleashes the attack.

Spiral Heat Ray: A stronger variation of Godzilla's standard atomic breath is the spiral heat ray. This version of Godzilla's atomic breath is typically portrayed as much more powerful than his normal atomic breath and is wrapped in an electrical spiral.

Gravitational Atomic Breath: Godzilla demonstrates a third variation of his normal atomic breath, when he absorbs energy from King Ghidorah's gravity beams (or lightning bolts in general) into his dorsal plates and combines it with his atomic breath, producing an even stronger blue beam in a yellow electrical spiral, this beam is powerful enough to destroy a Ghidorah in a single hit.

Nuclear Pulse: In addition to his very deadly atomic breath, Godzilla can also emit atomic energy in all directions from every inch of his body in a short-range attack.

Durability: Godzilla has displayed an uncanny ability to sustain damage.

Physical Abilities: As attributed to his size, weight & mass, Godzilla has displayed varied levels of physical strength that are, at the very least, sufficient enough to lift weights exceeding 2,000 metric tons and smash skyscrapers. He has been lifted and throwing monsters in excess of his own weight.

Amphibiousness: Godzilla possess gills and amphibious lungs, which close whenever he comes onto land, allowing him to breathe both underwater and on land. An adept swimmer, Godzilla swims at a speed of up to 40 knots by undulating his tail like a crocodile. Thanks to his aquatic adaptation, Godzilla is also an extremely powerful combatant underwater.

Intelligence: Godzilla figures out his enemies' strengths and weaknesses through repeated clashes with them.

Radiation absorption: Godzilla feeds on radiation and can absorb it in a variety of ways. During the days of Atlantis, Godzilla and his kind subsisted on the planet's natural surface radiation, but he retreated deep underwater to sustain himself on the planet's natural geothermal radiation following the fall of Atlantis. In the modern-day, Godzilla is capable of absorbing radiation through man-made sources such as nuclear reactors and thermonuclear weapons. Godzilla can survive seemingly indefinitely by remaining in a hibernation-like state feeding on the surrounding radiation within his underwater lair, and this radiation allows him to continuously grow and recover from existing injuries. He was able to completely regrow the dorsal plates MUTO Prime destroyed in 2014 by 2019. Monarch scientist Nick Tatopoulos compared this process to "deer or elk antlers. Or your own hair."
Godzilla's healing process is accelerated when he is exposed to a nuclear blast at point-blank range, completely healing and revitalizing him and granting him a huge boost of internal nuclear power.

Radioactive Mist: Godzilla can release a radioactive mist from specialized glands located in his torso area for two seconds.

Plates: Much like a stegosaurus, Godzilla's dorsal plates can cool him on warm days and warm up on cold days.

Super form: When angered enough, Godzilla's appearance changes. His skin tone changes to an indigo from the original green, his chest and abdomen region is colored neon green, while below his chest, there is a rib cage pattern that holds his lower abdomen. Also below the chest, there is also a new "core" that has the ability to control energy inside his body and release it into a powerful blast of energy in the form of a beam with a muscle mass with two massive spikes sprouting from his shoulders, he also possess a crest, or crown on his head, as well as what appears to be tusks above the mandibles. This form is dubbed Super Godzilla, this form is compared to that of a Super Saiyan from the Dragon Ball franchise.

Burning Form: In 2019 during the battle with King Ghidorah, both Rodan and a fataly wounded Mothra parted their energy into the wounded Godzilla, imbuing him with increased power that causes his skin to crack and glow orange while emitting incredibly intense heat. In this empowered state, known as Burning Godzilla, Godzilla can utilize his powerful incendiary nuclear pulse, which manifests in the shape of Mothra's wings and makes the sound of her roar along with Rodan's silhouette while also making the sound of his roar.
